Getting Started

NiroCore is a subscription management platform built specifically for IPTV resellers. It lets you create, renew, and track subscriptions for Eagle, PlayPlus, and Strong servers — and handles all customer communication automatically through branded emails.

NiroCore is built for IPTV resellers at any scale. Whether you’re managing 10 customers or 500, if you’re currently handling subscriptions and emails manually, NiroCore was made for you.

No. If you can fill out a form and send an email, you can use NiroCore. The setup takes under 2 minutes and everything is designed to be straightforward — no coding, no complex configuration.

Most resellers are fully set up — API keys configured, SMTP connected, and logo uploaded — within 10 to 15 minutes. Creating your first subscription takes less than a minute after that.

Yes. You can create a free account and start managing subscriptions without entering any payment details. Paid plans unlock higher customer limits and advanced features.

Servers & Subscriptions

NiroCore currently supports Eagle IPTV, PlayPlus, and Strong. You can connect one, two, or all three — only the servers you configure will appear in your dashboard.

Yes. That’s one of NiroCore’s core strengths. All three servers are accessible from a single dashboard. You don’t need to log into separate panels or switch between accounts.

M3U subscriptions are for media player apps like VLC, IPTV Smarters, and TiviMate — they use a username and password. MAG subscriptions are for MAG set-top box devices and use a MAC address instead. NiroCore handles both types fully.

Yes. You can add custom hosts — alternative DNS addresses and ports — in your account settings. These appear alongside default hosts when creating or renewing subscriptions.

Yes. NiroCore connects directly to your provider’s API. When you create a subscription, it’s created on the server instantly — no need to log into your reseller panel separately.

Deleting a subscription removes it from NiroCore’s database. It does not automatically delete it from your provider’s server — you may need to do that separately from your reseller panel if required.

Emails & Automation

NiroCore sends six types of emails: M3U creation, M3U renewal, MAG creation, MAG renewal, almost expired reminder (3 days before expiry), and expired notification (on the expiry day). All are fully customizable.

No. Your customers only see your brand name, your logo, and your email address. NiroCore operates entirely in the background — your customers interact with your business, not ours.

Yes, completely. You can edit the subject line and body of every email template. Use dynamic variables like {customer_name}, {username}, {expire_date}, and {m3u_link} to personalize each message automatically.

Any SMTP provider works — Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, or your own web hosting email. Gmail is the easiest to set up and recommended for resellers just getting started.

Enable 2-factor authentication on your Google account, generate an App Password under Security settings, and enter those details in NiroCore’s SMTP configuration. The full step-by-step is in our documentation.

Yes. The bulk email feature lets you send announcements, promotions, or notices to your entire customer list in a single click. You can also target specific email addresses if you prefer.

In Account Settings under Email Automation, you can toggle auto-expiration emails on or off and set the daily check time. NiroCore will then automatically send the almost expired and expired templates to the relevant customers each day.

Branding & Customization

Yes. Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, or GIF, up to 2MB) in Account Settings. It will automatically appear in all email templates sent to your customers. Recommended size is 200×80 pixels.

Yes. You can set any email address as the sender name and address. For the most professional result, use a custom domain email like support@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail address.

Every template has a Reset to Default button. Click it, confirm, and the template reverts to the original content immediately.

Account & Billing

No. You can create a free account with no payment details required. You only need to enter billing information when upgrading to a paid plan.

Yes, at any time. Changes take effect immediately and your billing adjusts accordingly. You’ll never be locked into a plan.

You’ll be prompted to upgrade your plan. NiroCore will never cut off your service mid-billing cycle — you’ll always have time to upgrade before anything is restricted.

Yes. Your API keys, SMTP credentials, and customer data are stored securely. We never share your data with third parties. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

Support & Troubleshooting

First, check that your API keys are correctly entered in Account Settings with no extra spaces. Then verify you have available credits with your IPTV provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us on Telegram.

Verify your SMTP settings are correct and test by sending to your own email address first. Check the customer’s spam folder. For Gmail, make sure you’re using an App Password rather than your regular password. Full troubleshooting steps are in the documentation.
