Please read these terms carefully before using NiroCore. By creating an account, you agree to everything below.

1. Who We Are
NiroCore is a subscription management platform built for IPTV resellers. We provide tools to create, renew, and manage subscriptions — we are not an IPTV provider and we do not provide, host, or distribute any IPTV content.
2. Using NiroCore
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the legal authority to use this platform in your country.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.
3. What You Can and Can’t Do
Use NiroCore to manage your IPTV reseller business lawfully and professionally.
Do not use NiroCore to:
– Break any laws in your country or your customers’ countries
– Send spam or unsolicited messages to anyone
– Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
– Create multiple accounts to abuse the free plan
– Resell access to NiroCore without our written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
4. Your Responsibility as a Reseller
NiroCore is a tool. You are the reseller. You are fully responsible for the legality of the subscriptions you create and manage through the platform, for your customers’ data, and for all communications you send through NiroCore. We take no responsibility for how you use the platform.
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed on the cycle you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your billing period. We’ll give you at least 14 days notice before any price changes.
6. Free Plan
The free plan is for small-scale and evaluation use. Creating multiple accounts to avoid paying is not allowed and will result in termination.
7. Our Liability
NiroCore is provided as is. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or customers resulting from platform downtime, API errors from your IPTV provider, email delivery failures, or any legal issues arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any case shall not exceed what you paid us in the last 3 months.
8. Intellectual Property
Everything on the NiroCore platform — the code, design, and features — belongs to us. Your data — your customers, templates, and settings — belongs to you.
9. Disputes
If you have an issue with us, reach out first at support@nirotptv.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it directly. If we can’t reach an agreement, the dispute will be handled through binding international arbitration conducted in English.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by email or in-platform notice before significant changes take effect. Continued use of NiroCore means you accept the updated Terms.
